(“Harley-Davidson”) and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “H-D Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in Rolling Daytona or any prize awarded. The H-D Entities have not offered or sponsored Rolling Daytona (below), Rolling USA (below), or Mighty Loud (below) in any way.

By entering, you are providing your personal information to Mighty Loud Enterprises. You agree that that Mighty Loud may share your information with Harley-Davidson and that Mighty Loud and Harley-Davidson may use your information in accordance with their individual Privacy Policies, which are found at https://www.mightyloud.com/privacy-policy and https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/footer/utility/privacy-policy.html respectively, and which may be updated from time to time. 

Notice of Collecting Geolocation Data   

How We Collect Geolocation Data: At the time of entry, we may ask you to enable location services on your device so that we can collect your precise geolocation. 

How We Use Geolocation Data: If you enable location services, we will collect and use your precise geolocation data to verify your location at a Participating Dealer at the time of entry.   

We do not sell or share your precise geolocation data with anyone, at any time, for any reason. 

Your Choices  

You are not required to enable location services or to allow us to collect your precise geolocation to participate in Rolling Daytona. We delete and will not retain your precise geolocation data after the initial time of entry. At any time, you may choose to ask us to tell you what data we have about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your personal information that we no longer need, and to confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information, including precise geolocation, with anyone. Overview  

The 2025 Rolling Daytona (“Rolling Daytona” or the “Sweepstakes”), is sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud") and is available through participating Harley-Davidson Dealers (“Participating Dealers”) only (Participating Dealer list available here). Sweepstakes starts on January 3, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and consists of the following prize giveaways: 

• Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway (1/3/2025-2/14/2025): The Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway offers a total of twelve (12) prizes: one (1) Grand Prize Motorcycle, one (1) Runner-up Prize and ten (10) Qualifier Prizes (all described below). Entries into the Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway will be accepted starting on January 3, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. EST”) and ending on February 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Following the close of Rolling Daytona Entry Period, ten (10) initial prize winners (each, a "Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier") will be selected from all timely entries received through a two-round random drawing procedure (the “Initial Drawings”). Only the Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers will be eligible to win the Grand Prize Motorcycle. The Grand Prize Motorcycle will be awarded during the live Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway event (“Live Grand Prize Event”) on or about March 8, 2025, during Daytona Bike Week. The Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers must be present to remain eligible to win the Grand Prize Motorcycle. Following the Initial Drawings, one (1) Runner-Up Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining timely non-winning entries received during Rolling Daytona Entry Period. You do not have to be present to win the Runner-Up Prize. Only the Grand Prize Motorcycle, Qualifier Prizes and the Runner-Up Prize are offered as part of the Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway. For more information, including specific entry methods, eligibility requirements and winner selection, see “Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway” (below).  

• Trip Giveaway (1/25/2025): The Trip Giveaway offers one (1) Trip Prize (described below). Entries into the Trip Giveaway will be accepted only on January 25, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. EST and ending at 6:00 p.m. EST (the “One-Day Giveaways Entry Period”). For more information, including specific entry methods, eligibility requirements and winner selection, see “One-Day Giveaways (Trip & Riding Academy Prizes)” (below). 

• Riding Academy Giveaway (1/25/2025): The Riding Academy Giveaway is offered only through Riding Academy Affiliated Dealers (“Riding Academy Affiliated Dealers”) and is only available only in the United States and the District of Columbia. The Riding Academy Giveaway offers one (1) Riding Academy Prize (described below). Entries into the Riding Academy Giveaway will be accepted only through Riding Academy Affiliated Dealers and only during the One-Day Giveaways Entry Period (above). For more information, including specific entry methods, eligibility requirements and winner selection, see “One-Day Giveaways (Trip & Riding Academy Prizes)” (below). 

• Rolling USA (pooled): Entrants into Rolling Daytona will be automatically entered into Rolling USA (“Rolling USA”), a pooled sweepstakes, along with entrants from Ride Into 2025, Ready. Set. Ride., Rolling Laconia,  Test Ride Event, Rolling Milwaukee-to-Sturgis, and the June Flex Event. For more information about Rolling USA and the individual sweepstakes promotions, including specific entry methods, eligibility requirements, prize and winner selection, please refer to the Official Rules for Rolling USA (https://rollingusa.com). 

For purposes of these Official Rules, each entrant selected during the first round of the selection process for any corresponding prize is referred to as a “Semifinalist”. Mighty Loud's computer is the official timekeeping device for Rolling Daytona. For information on Rolling Daytona, you may visit https://rollingusa.com (the “Sweepstakes Page”). 

Eligibility: Rolling Daytona is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii), and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc. and its Dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, promotional and other vendor agencies, EagleRider (“EagleRider”), any prize suppliers, any other companies directly involved in the offer or administration of Rolling Daytona, and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in Rolling Daytona, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible. Rolling Daytona is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to Rolling Daytona. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. You are not eligible to participate or receive a prize in Rolling Daytona if you have won and received a prize valued over $600 awarded by Mighty Loud or Harley-Davidson as part of the Rolling USA sweepstakes series (inclusive of Rolling Daytona, Rolling Laconia, Rolling Milwaukee-to-Sturgis, Rolling Arkansas, or Rolling Texas) or any Harley-Davidson National Dealer Events within the 12 months preceding January 3, 2025. In addition, if you are determined to be a winner in Rolling Daytona of a prize valued over $600, you will be ineligible to participate further in Rolling Daytona or any other such Rolling USA series sweepstakes for the 12 months following such determination.  

Prizes, Odds & Prize Restrictions 

The following prizes with their corresponding approximate retail value (“ARV”) are available in Rolling Daytona: 

Grand Prize Motorcycle (1): One (1) 2025 Harley-Davidson® Street Glide motorcycle. ARV: $28,799. 

Qualifier Prizes (10): Qualifier Prize consists of the following elements only: one (1) $1500 Visa® or American Express® Prepaid Card gift cards, to be distributed to Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier at the Live Grand Prize Motorcycle Event to help offset travel expenses (ARV $1,500); three (3) night’s stay at a Daytona Beach, FL-area hotel during Daytona Bike Week for the nights of March 6, 7 and 8, 2025, subject to approval of Mighty Loud (ARV: $1,200); one (1) H-D Riding Academy ″Buddy Pass″ (ARV: $595); and one (1) H.O.G. membership (if Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier is already a lifetime H.O.G. member, they will instead receive a dealership store credit for $49; if winner is already a H.O.G. member, they will receive a membership extension of one-year). ARV: $3,344. 

Runner-Up Prize (1): Runner-Up Prize consists of the following element only: One (1) $5000 Visa® or American Express® Prepaid Card gift card ARV $5,000. 

Trip Prize (1): Trip Prize consists of the following elements only: three (3) night’s stay at a Daytona Beach, FL-area hotel during Daytona Bike Week for the nights of March 6, 7 and 8, 2025, subject to approval of Mighty Loud (ARV: $1200); one (1) $1500 Visa® or American Express® Prepaid Card gift card to help offset travel expenses (ARV $1500); one (1) branded Jesse James Dupree chainsaw (ARV: $300); one (1) “Get Ready to Rally” Harley-Davidson dealership store credit for $1000, applicable towards Harley-Davidson licensed apparel, parts & accessories or service (ARV: $1000); one (1) one-year H.O.G. membership (ARV: $49) (if winner is already a lifetime H.O.G. member, they will instead receive a dealership store credit for $49; if winner is already a H.O.G. member, they will receive a membership extension of one-year); one (1) EagleRider motorcycle rental during their visit to Daytona Bike Week (ARV: $1,476). Total ARV: $5,526. 

Riding Academy Prize (1): Riding Academy Prize consists of the following elements only: one (1) Harley-Davidson Riding Academy ″Buddy Pass″ (ARV: $595) and one (1) dealership store credit of $1500, applicable towards parts, accessories, apparel or service, all valid through December 31, 2025 (ARV: $1,500). ARV: $2,095. 

The Trip Prize and the Riding Academy Prize are referred to together as the “One-Day Giveaways”). 

Total ARV for Rolling Daytona (all prizes here): $74,860.00. 

Odds: The odds of winning a Qualifier Prize or Runner-up Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by each Participating Dealer. The odds of a Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier winning the Grand Prize Motorcycle are 1 in 10. The odds of winning the Trip Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by each Participating Dealer during the One-Day Giveaways Entry Period. The odds of winning the Riding Academy Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by each Riding Academy Affiliated Dealer during the One-Day Giveaways Entry Period. 

All prizes are subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of each individual winner.  

Limit one (1) prize per person (except for Qualifier Prizes). All prizes are subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of each individual winner.  

No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. There is no cash equivalent or other substitution for the Grand Prize Motorcycle. Mighty Loud reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents for the retail value of any prizes. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON AND RECEIVED A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 AWARDED BY MIGHTY LOUD OR HARLEY-DAVIDSON WITHIN 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE START OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE VALUED OVER $600, INCLUDING PRIZE MOTORCYCLE(S), IN ANY CURRENT SWEEPSTAKES IN THE ROLLING USA SERIES.  

The ARV of any prize may vary, depending on applicable variables, including without limitation, date, options, availability, industry, supply and/or seasonal fluctuations. If the actual value of any prize is less than the ARV stated above, winner shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the difference. 

It will be solely within Mighty Loud's discretion to determine all features of the Grand Prize Motorcycle to be awarded, including but not limited to, color and details; all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner. Make, model, trim level, color and options of prize are subject to change.  

With respect to the Grand Prize Motorcycle, none of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to such motorcycle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the motorcycle. With respect to any other prizes, none of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law.  

Grand Prize Motorcycle winner is responsible for title, license, registration and dealer preparation costs, insurance, sales tax, and other fees associated with the prize. Grand Prize Motorcycle winner must have a valid driver’s license in the relevant class or category and the ability to ride a two-wheeled motorcycle and will be required to provide proof of insurance at the time of taking delivery. Grand Prize Motorcycle winner must take delivery of motorcycle from the designated Dealer and may be required to execute other documents to transfer title and warranty. Released Parties shall not be responsible for any delays beyond their reasonable control associated with the delivery of a Grand Prize Motorcycle to its winner. 

Winners of any prize that includes a motorcycle or motorcycle rental are responsible, at their sole expense, for possessing and properly providing valid driver's license in the relevant class or category, insurance, and any other requirements to obtain any prizes. Optional Theft and Damage Waiver or Liability Insurance are not included. 

Without limiting the foregoing, winners of any prize that includes a motorcycle or motorcycle rental are solely responsible, at their own expense, for all expenses and incidental costs associated with the prizes not expressly included in the prize description above, including without limitation, all federal, state and/or local taxes (if any), fees, transportation costs incurred in claiming prize, additional tax, tag, title, license, registration, set-up costs, insurance, accessories, safety gear and/or equipment, modifications, extras, surcharges and any dealer preparation fees not described above as part of the prize. 

Guests of any winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. Winners of any prize that includes lodging or a hotel package must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Room taxes, if applicable, and other hotel fees (including incidentals) are not included and if applicable, may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner. A deposit or payment in advance or presentation of a credit card by the winner may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. 

All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in any travel or event-related prize description above, including but not limited to, sales, use or other taxes, passport expenses, fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline or airport fees, security fees, baggage charges, service charges, facility charges, surcharges, upgrades, extras, meals, beverages, snacks, excursions, alcoholic beverages, tips, gratuities, parking, concessions, sightseeing, souvenirs, merchandise, transfers, COVID or other tests, trip or travel insurance, resort or hotel services, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, local and long distance telephone calls, Internet access, all lodging and transportation expenses not expressly included above, personal items, and incidentals personal charges at lodging, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner.  

Gift card prizes or prize components are subject to all terms and conditions thereon as well as any additional limitations or restrictions imposed by issuer. 

Any images of any prize or prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only; actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images. Entrants agree that Released Parties (below) expressly disclaim all liability in conjunction therewith. 

Prizes are non-transferable and do not have any cash equivalent. Noncash prizes or prize elements are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, bartered or auctioned. The right to receive any prize is personal to winner and is not transferable. Any prize or portion thereof not accepted by any winner is forfeited and no cash or substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes may not be substituted except that Mighty Loud in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Any such changes will be announced.   

General Entry Restrictions 

The following entry restrictions apply to Rolling Daytona and to Rolling USA in its entirety. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. All additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined in these Official Rules) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins, or any automated system or other methods will void that entrant's entries in Mighty Loud’s discretion and that entrant may be disqualified.  

Any Keyword can only be used once per person and per email address for each of individual Rolling USA sweepstakes and the One-Day Giveaways. Any attempts to use this Keyword for additional entries will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility requirements and all other limitations, exclusions, and releases set forth throughout these Official Rules apply with equal force to the One-Day Giveaways, as with Rolling Daytona and Rolling USA as a whole, unless expressly stated otherwise in this section.  

Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. 

Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway 

1. How to Enter 

There are several ways to enter the Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway:  

• Scan or Check-in at Participating Harley-Davidson Dealer Locations: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit a Participating Dealer to scan a QR Code for access to a registration form. Entering in this manner designates that Participating Dealer as your Harley-Davidson Preferred Participating Dealer (“Preferred Participating Dealer”) for the duration of this Sweepstakes and Rolling USA. You will receive two (2) entries in Rolling Daytona for this initial registration entry. For each time during Rolling Daytona Entry Period that you “check-in” at a Participating Dealer by scanning the QR code and clicking the “Check-In” button, you will receive two (2) entries in Rolling Daytona. Limit one (1) check-in per day. Once you have designated your Preferred Participating Dealer, the designation cannot be changed during Rolling Daytona or Rolling USA. 

• Other Participating Dealer Methods: Participating Dealers may, from time to time, use their own methods for engagement, including for example unique QR codes or participation in various activities to collect codes or keywords to then enter through Rolling Daytona website to redeem for entries in Rolling Daytona. No purchase is required to gain access to a QR code, to obtain any codes or keywords for additional entries, or to obtain additional entries by the "check-in" process or otherwise. Click here for a complete list of Participating Dealer locations.   

• Email: To enter without visiting a Participating Dealer, send an email during Rolling Daytona Entry Period with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and your selected designated Dealer from among the list of Participating Dealers to: [email protected]. Once you have designated your Harley-Davidson dealership, the designation cannot be changed during the course of Rolling Daytona or Rolling USA. You will receive two (2) entries in Rolling Daytona for each email entry.  

Limit maximum of thirty (30) entries total per person and per email address throughout Rolling Daytona, regardless of method of entry, with no more than nineteen (19) entries per week per person and email address and no more than seven (7) entries on the initial day of registration, regardless of method of entry. You may receive two (2) entries during Rolling Daytona for registering. There are other opportunities during Rolling Daytona Entry Period to submit more entries, and each Participating Dealer may employ a unique approach to Rolling Daytona as a whole; it is within the discretion of each in the marketing of Rolling Daytona, and whether and how to share keywords or codes as part of the entry process. However, no entrant may submit more than thirty (30) entries total during Rolling Daytona regardless of method of entry. All entrants have the opportunity to submit a total of thirty (30) entries.  

All entries must be submitted and received by Mighty Loud by 11:59 p.m. EST on February 14, 2025. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries are subject to the “General Entry Restrictions” section above.  

1. Initial Drawings (Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier Selection) 

Mighty Loud will randomly select each potential Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier from all eligible entries received by each Participating Dealer group during Rolling Daytona Entry Period on or around February 17, 2025, in two (2) rounds of drawings.  

First Drawing: During the first drawing, Mighty Loud will select one (1) Semifinalist from among all eligible entries within each individual Participating Dealer group. For the avoidance of doubt, the first drawing round will consist of individual drawings such that each pool for those drawings will be made of eligible entries received associated with one (1) particular Participating Dealer. A total of 334 Participating Dealers are participating in Rolling Daytona and therefore Mighty Loud intends to draw a total of 334 Semifinalists, one from each Participating Dealer. If the total number of Participating Dealers changes, the corresponding number of Semifinalists will also change.  

Second Drawing: Those Semifinalists will then qualify for the second and final drawing for a total of ten (10) potential Initial Prize winners (and thereby Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers), which will be conducted immediately thereafter. Subject to verification of eligibility, the ten (10) Semifinalists whose entries are so drawn will be declared the Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers, who will qualify for the Live Grand Prize Event, which will be conducted at the Rolling Daytona Bike Giveaway Event. Each confirmed Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier will be awarded a Qualifier Prize. Each potential Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier will be contacted and verified as set out below. See “Winner Notification and Verification” (below). 

1. Live Grand Prize Motorcycle Event 

On or about March 8, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. EST or within a reasonable time thereafter, Mighty Loud will hold a Live Grand Prize Event attended by the ten (10) Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers to award the Grand Prize Motorcycle. Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers must be present to win. The Grand Prize Motorcycle will be on display during the Live Grand Prize Event. Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers will be instructed on Live Grand Prize Event check-in time, location, and rules.  

Each confirmed Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier must be present at the Live Grand Prize Event or will forfeit the opportunity for a chance at winning the Grand Prize Motorcycle.  

During the Live Grand Prize Event, Mighty Loud will present a basket containing ten (10) unmarked keys (each, a “Key”), only one of which will successfully start the engine of the Motorcycle Prize. If fewer than ten (10) Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers attend the Live Grand Prize Event, the number of Keys will be reduced accordingly. Once the Live Grand Prize Event has started, the names of the Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers will be placed into a bowl. Mighty Loud will randomly select a Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier’s name from the bowl and that Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier will select a Key. That process will continue until all ten (10) Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers have selected Keys.  

Each Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier will then attempt to start the Grand Prize Motorcycle with the chosen Key, in the same order in which they selected their Keys. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the first Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier whose Key successfully starts the engine of the Grand Prize Motorcycle will be declared the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner and will be awarded the Grand Prize Motorcycle.  

SALES TAX, TITLE AND REGISTRATION, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE GRAND PRIZE MOTORCYCLE WINNER TO THE APPROPRIATE DEALER(S) PRIOR TO BEING ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE Grand Prize Motorcycle. Failure to do so within 30 days of the date that the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner is advised that the motorcycle is ready for pick-up may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize Motorcycle, in Mighty Loud’s sole and unappealable discretion. Grand Prize Motorcycle cannot be transferred and must be titled in winner's name only. Grand Prize Motorcycle winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal or state required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes for the Grand Prize Motorcycle. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be provided to the Grand Prize Motorcycle Winner in due course after winning. The Grand Prize Motorcycle winner will be required to complete all relevant documentation, including sales warranty and registration, for the Grand Prize Motorcycle at the Harley-Davidson dealership location of Mighty Loud’s choosing during regular business hours or as otherwise may be instructed by Mighty Loud or the designated Dealer. 

1. Runner Up Prize Winner Selection 

On or about February 17, 2025, Mighty Loud will conduct a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries (qualifiers cannot win a Runner-Up Prize). Subject to verification of eligibility, the person whose entry is so drawn will be declared the Runner-up Prize winner and will be awarded the Runner-up Prize. 

1. Winner Verification 

The ten (10) potential Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers and Initial Prize winners will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud's discretion and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled “Disqualification of Winners” below shall apply. 

One-Day Giveaways (Trip & Riding Academy Prizes)  

Entries into the Trip Giveaway and the Riding Academy Giveaway (together, the “One-Day Giveaways”) will be accepted only on January 25, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST or open-of-business (whichever is earlier) and ending at 6:00 p.m. EST (the "One-Day Giveaways Entry Period").  

1. How to Enter  

Trip Giveaway: There are two (2) ways to enter the Trip Giveaway during the One-Day Giveaways Entry Period: 

• Visit Participating Dealer. Visit a Participating Dealer and obtain the keyword of the day (a “Keyword”), then visit https://rollingusa.com/trip-giveaway/ and follow the instructions to input the Keyword and any required information to receive one (1) entry into the Trip Giveaway and one (1) additional entry in Rolling USA. If you have not already entered Rolling USA, entering in this manner designates that Participating Dealer as your Preferred Participating Dealer for the duration of Rolling Daytona and Rolling USA; or 

• Email: To enter without visiting a Participating Dealer, send an email to [email protected] with a subject line of "One-Day Trip Giveaway" and with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and your Preferred Participating Dealer from among the list of Participating Dealers in the body to receive one (1) entry into the Trip Giveaway and one (1) additional entry in Rolling USA. If you have not already entered Rolling USA, entering in this manner designates that Participating Dealer as your Preferred Participating Dealer for the duration of Rolling Daytona and Rolling USA.  

Riding Academy Giveaway: There are two (2) ways to enter the Riding Academy Giveaway during the One-Day Giveaways Entry Period: 

• Visit Riding Academy Affiliated Dealer. Visit a Riding Academy Affiliated Dealer (visit  for a list of Participating Riding Academy Affiliated Dealers) and obtain a Keyword , then visit https://rollingusa.com/hdra-giveaway/ and follow the instructions to input the Keyword and any required information to receive one (1) entry into the Riding Academy Giveaway and one (1) additional entry in Rolling USA. If you have not already entered Rolling USA, entering in this manner designates that Participating Dealer as your Preferred Participating Dealer for the duration of Rolling Daytona and Rolling USA; or 

• Email: To enter without visiting a Riding Academy Affiliated Dealer, send an email to [email protected] with a subject line of "One-Day Riding Academy Giveaway" and with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and your Preferred Participating Dealer from among the list of Participating Dealers in the body to receive one (1) entry into the Riding Academy Giveaway and one (1) additional entry in Rolling USA. If you have not already entered Rolling USA, entering in this manner designates that Participating Dealer as your Preferred Participating Dealer for the duration of Rolling Daytona and Rolling USA.  

Regardless of method, limit one (1) entry per person and per email into each One-Day Giveaway. As noted, the restrictions described above in the “General Entry Restrictions” (below) shall apply to entries in the One-Day Giveaways. 

1. One-Day Giveaway (Trip & Riding Academy Prize) Winner Selection 

Mighty Loud will randomly select the potential winners of each of the One-Day Giveaways on January 25, 2025, shortly after 6:00 p.m. EST or within a reasonable time thereafter, using the two (2) round drawing procedure above. Specifically: 

Semifinalists: During the first drawing round, Mighty Loud will select one (1) Semifinalist from among all eligible entries within each individual Participating Dealer group (with respect to the Trip Giveaway) and one (1) Semifinalist from among all eligible entries within each Riding Academy Affiliated Dealer group (with respect to the Riding Academy Giveaway). For the avoidance of doubt, the first drawing will consist of individual drawings such that each pool for those drawings will be made of eligible entries received associated with one (1) particular Participating Dealer group (with respect to the Trip Giveaway) or one (1) Riding Academy Affiliated Dealer group (with respect to the Riding Academy Giveaway), respectively.  

The number of Semifinalists in each One-Day Giveaway will depend on the number of Participating Dealers and Riding Academy Affiliated Dealers participating in Rolling Daytona. One-Day Giveaway Winners. Mighty Loud will then conduct the second and final drawing to select one (1) winner from the Semifinalists in the Trip Giveaway and the Riding Academy Giveaway. Subject to verification of eligibility, the Semifinalists whose entries are so drawn will be declared the winners of the Trip Prize and Riding Academy Prize, respectively (together, the “One-Day Giveaway winners”) and announced live on the Rolling USA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/RollingUSA/). Neither Facebook nor any other Meta platform is affiliated with, or has endorsed, this Sweepstakes, Rolling USA, or Mighty Loud. 

1. One-Day Giveaways Winner Verification 

Each One-Day Giveaway winner will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud's discretion and may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and where not prohibited a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled “Disqualification of Winners” below shall apply.

Each winner will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud's discretion and may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and where not prohibited a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled “Disqualification of Winners” below shall apply. 

Disqualification of Winners 

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted, fail to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), forfeit their respective prize. In such case, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner as follows: 

1. Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier 

If the disqualified individual was a potential Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier, Mighty Loud will, time permitting, attempt to verify an alternate Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier by random drawing from among the Semifinalists, and if it should become necessary, from among all remaining eligible entries, to ensure that there are ten (10) Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers who accept the prize, all of whom associated with differing Participating Dealers, and who agree as a condition of acceptance that they will attend the Live Grand Prize Event. At no point will there be two (2) Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers associated with the same Participating Dealer. Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award all ten (10) Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifier Prizes, after which the applicable prize may remain unawarded and the number of Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers at the Live Grand Prize Motorcycle Event reduced accordingly. 

1. Grand Prize Motorcycle Winner 

If the disqualified individual was a potential Grand Prize Motorcycle winner, Mighty Loud will, time permitting, attempt to verify an alternate Grand Prize Motorcycle winner by random drawing from among the remaining Grand Prize Motorcycle Qualifiers who attended the Live Grand Prize Event (“Live Event Participants”) until an alternate Grand Prize Motorcycle winner has been verified or no Live Event Participants remain. If no Live Event Participants remain, no further attempts will be made and the Grand Prize Motorcycle will not be awarded. 

1. Other Winners 

If the disqualified individual was a potential Trip Prize winner, Riding Academy Prize winner or Runner-Up Prize winner, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the corresponding drawing. Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the applicable prize(s), after which the applicable prize(s) may remain unawarded. 

Miscellaneous 

Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA and the selection and verification of all prize recipients, are final and binding in all matters related to Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA. 

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in Rolling Daytona constitutes each winner’s consent to Mighty Loud’s and Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.  

General Conditions: Mighty Loud reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, in whole or in part, if Mighty Loud determines that any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor has impaired the integrity or proper functioning of Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA or any prize drawings, or any event or cause beyond Mighty Loud’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of Rolling Daytona, or any prize drawings or any other part of Rolling USA , including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Mighty Loud in its sole discretion. In such event, Mighty Loud, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, in whole or in part, may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Mighty Loud reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mighty Loud’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  

Liability Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Mighty Loud, Mighty Loud Enterprises, Harley-Davidson, Inc., EagleRider, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA or receipt or use or misuse of any prize therein referenced. 

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, including without limitation, any drawing or Live Event; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry processes for Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA or any of the drawings therein; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, selection of winners, award of prizes or otherwise in the administration of Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged or stolen mail; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, including without limitation, any entries, drawings, Live Events, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in Rolling Daytona and Rolling USA, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Mighty Loud reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims or otherwise in its sole discretion.  

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, related to, or in connection with Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, including without limitation, any drawing, Live Event, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in Rolling Daytona and/or any other part of Rolling USA, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Released Parties in connection with Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, including without limitation, any drawing, Live Event, or any prize awarded, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also expressly agrees to irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in any way relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the entirety or any part of Rolling Daytona or Rolling USA.  All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Mighty Loud, which shall be final and binding. Mighty Loud reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process. 

By participating in Rolling Daytona and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message communications from Mighty Loud in the administration of Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, as well as communications from Harley-Davidson and any of its authorized dealers, including your chosen Preferred Participating Dealer, by mail, email, phone or text.  If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud during the pendency of Rolling Daytona or any other part of Rolling USA, you may forfeit your opportunity to win if the opt out results in Mighty Loud's inability to contact you.
