Harley-Davidson, Inc. and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “H-D Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or any prize awarded. The H-D Entities have not offered or sponsored this sweepstakes in any way.
Overview: The 2024 Rolling Laconia Harley-Davidson Giveaway (the “Promotion”), sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud"), consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) drawing for ten (10) initial prize winners (the "grand prize qualifiers" and each, a "grand prize qualifier"), and a grand prize drawing that will award a Harley-Davidson motorcycle prize from among the selected grand prize qualifiers (the “Motorcycle Prize Drawing”). In order to qualify for the Motorcycle Prize, each grand prize qualifier must be present at the Rolling Laconia Bike Giveaway event (“Event”) on June 15, 2024.
Entry Period: Sweepstakes entry period begins April 9, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on May 18, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Mighty Loud's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Mighty Loud will award the Motorcycle Prize from among the ten (10) grand prize qualifiers in a random drawing conducted live on June 15, 2024, at the Rolling Laconia Event, at or around 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Must be present to win.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Mighty Loud (“Sponsor”), Harley-Davidson, Inc. and its Dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Previous winners of prizes valued over $500 awarded by Sponsor or Harley-Davidson as part of the 2023 or 2024 Rolling USA sweepstakes (inclusive of Rolling Daytona, Rolling Laconia, Rolling Sturgis, Rolling Milwaukee and Rolling Arkansas) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes and Promotion.

Participating Harley-Davidson Dealer Locations:
During the Entry Period, visit a Participating Dealer to scan a QR Code for access to a Sweepstakes registration form. Entering the Sweepstakes in this manner designates that Participating Dealer as your Harley-Davidson Preferred Participating dealership for the duration of this Promotion. You will receive two (2) Sweepstakes entries for this initial entry. For each time during the Entry Period that you “check-in” at a Participating Dealer using the Sweepstakes Website (http://www.rollinglaconia.com/), you will receive two (2) Sweepstakes entries. Limit one check-in per day.
Participating Dealers may, from time to time, use their own methods for engagement, including for example unique QR codes or participation in various activities to collect codes or keywords to then enter through the Sweepstakes Website to redeem for Sweepstakes entries. No purchase is required to gain access to a QR code, to obtain any codes or keywords for additional entries, or to obtain additional entries by the "check-in" process or otherwise. You can also enter by visiting the Sweepstakes Website at www.rollinglaconia.com and following the instructions to complete and submit a registration form. The form will request certain information, including your name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, and that you designate a Harley-Davidson dealership from a list of Participating Dealers. Once you have designated your Harley-Davidson dealership, the designation cannot be changed during the course of this Promotion. You will receive two (2) Sweepstakes entries upon registration.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Entry Period and by 11:59 pm ET on May 18, 2024 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries (as outlined below) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Limit: Limit maximum of fifty (50) entries total per person and per email address throughout the Promotion, regardless of method of entry, with no more than ten (10) entries per week per person and email address and no more than nine (9) entries on the initial day of registration, and no more than five (5) entries per day per person and email address thereafter, regardless of method of entry. Any and all additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Only one person per email address and per phone number.
You may receive two (2) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period for registering for the Sweepstakes. There are other opportunities during the Entry Period to submit more entries, and each Participating Dealer may employ a unique approach to the Sweepstakes and Promotion as a whole; it is within the discretion of each in the marketing of this Sweepstakes and Promotion, and whether and how to share keywords or codes as part of the entry process. However, no entrant may submit more than fifty (50) entries total regardless of method of entry. All entrants have the opportunity to submit a total of fifty (50) entries.
Odds: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received in total and from each Participating Dealer. Ten (10) initial Sweepstakes winners will be selected at random, with a maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes winner per designated Participating Dealer, who will then qualify for the Motorcycle Prize drawing, which will be conducted at the Rolling Laconia Bike Giveaway event. Only one person can win the Grand Motorcycle Prize from among these ten grand prize qualifiers.
Trip Giveaway drawing: A one-day drawing for a "Trip Giveaway" will be conducted during the pendency of the Promotion, as set forth herein:
Trip Giveaway Entry Period: Saturday, May 4, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time or open-of-business (whichever is earlier) and ending at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Trip Giveaway entry period").
How to Enter Trip Giveaway (multiple ways): During this Trip Giveaway entry period, any eligible visiting customer at a Participating Dealer can obtain a contest keyword that can be used in two different ways, as follows: (1) for entry in the Trip Giveaway and (2) for an additional entry in the Sweepstakes. Participants can also visit https://rollingusa.com/laconia-giveaway/ to learn the keyword of the day. In each instance, participants then submit the keyword through the Sweepstakes website in accordance with its instructions. The keyword, if properly inputted in accordance with the Sponsor's instructions, can grant one (1) additional entry in the Sweepstakes as well as one (1) entry into a separate Trip Giveaway drawing for certain specified prizes herein set forth.
An email alternative is also available by sending an email during the Trip Giveaway entry period with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and your selected designated Dealer from among the list of Participating Dealers to: [email protected], with a subject line of "One-Day Trip Giveaway". Limit one email per person.
Limits: This keyword can only be used once per person and per email address for each of the Sweepstakes and the Trip Giveaway. Any attempts to use this keyword for additional entries will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility requirements and all other limitations, exclusions, and releases set forth throughout these Official Rules apply with equal force for this Trip Giveaway as with the Sweepstakes and Promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in this section. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries.
How to Win Trip Giveaway: This Trip Giveaway drawing will have one (1) winner, who will be determined that same day after qualification closes at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Winner will be randomly selected and announced live on the Rolling USA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/RollingUSA/).
Trip Giveaway Prizes: The Trip Giveaway winner will receive the following prize: one (1) $1500 Visa® or American Express® Prepaid Card gift card, to be distributed at the Event, to offset travel expenses (ARV $1500); three (3) night stay at a Laconia-area hotel during Laconia Motorcycle Week, for the nights of June 13, June 14 and June 15, 2024, subject to approval of Sponsor (ARV: $990); one (1) branded Jesse James Dupree chainsaw (ARV: $300); one (1) “Get Ready to Rally” Harley-Davidson dealership store credit for $500, applicable towards Harley-Davidson licensed apparel, parts & accessories or service (ARV: $500). Total ARV of this one-day Trip Giveaway drawing: $3,290.
Odds: Odds for Trip Giveaway depend on the number of eligible entries received for that particular drawing.
Prizes: Promotion Prizes consist of Initial Sweepstakes prizes of ten (10) $1500 Visa® or American Express® Prepaid Card gift cards, to be distributed, one card each, at the Event to each Initial Qualifier, to offset travel expenses (ARV $15,000), and ten (10) three (3) night stays at a Laconia-area hotel during Laconia Motorcycle Week, for the nights of June 13, June 14 and June 15, 2024, subject to approval of Sponsor (ARV: $9,990) (the "Initial Prize") (total ARV for Initial Sweepstakes Prize: $24,990); and one Grand Prize consisting of one (1) 2024 Harley-Davidson Street Glide motorcycle (ARV: $27,049) (the "Motorcycle Prize"), and three (3) night stay at a Milwaukee, WI-area hotel for the nights of July 25, July 26 and July 27, 2024 (ARV: $990), two (2) general admission tickets to the 2024 Harley-Davidson Homecoming™ Festival (ARV: $466) and a one (1) year subscription to Club EagleRider (ARV: $300) (the "Grand Prize Trip") (total ARV for Motorcycle Prize and Grand Prize Trip: $28,805). Total ARV for Promotion: $53,795. Total ARV for one-day Trip giveaway: $3,290. Total ARV for entire Promotion, including one-day drawing: $57,085.
It will be solely within Sponsor's discretion to determine all features of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle to be awarded, including but not limited to, color and details; all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery Dealer and paid for by the Motorcycle Prize winner.
All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winners of any prize which includes lodging or a hotel package must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Room taxes, if applicable, and other hotel fees (including incidentals) are not included and if applicable, may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner. A deposit or payment in advance or presentation of a credit card by the winner may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel.
Each Participating Dealer may have a unique approach to this Sweepstakes and Promotion; while it is within the discretion of each to share keywords or codes as part of the entry process, their use is further defined and limited in these rules. Limit one employee keyword entry per person and email address, limited to one (1) use throughout the Sweepstakes. Limit of each unique department keyword entry to no more than five (5) times per week. Keyword, code, or check-in entries obtained from a secondary dealer not selected as your Preferred Participating dealer will not change your Preferred Participating dealer selection. By entering a keyword, code, or check-in for entry, you are agreeing to receive communications from that Participating Dealer.
How To Win: Within approximately 24 hours after the close of the Entry Period, Mighty Loud will conduct distinct drawings at random for each of the Participating Dealers. Only one (1) person during this first round will be chosen from among each Participating Dealer association. Mighty Loud will then conduct a second drawing from among those first drawn, to select ten (10) grand prize qualifiers to each receive the Initial Prize.
The Motorcycle Prize Drawing: Mighty Loud will award the Motorcycle Prize on June 15, 2024 at or around 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time by random selection from among the ten (10) grand prize qualifiers.
The Trip Giveaway drawing will be conducted at random on Saturday, May 4, 2024 soon after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and announced live on the Rolling USA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/RollingUSA/).
Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the entirety of the Promotion and the selection of the potential grand prize qualifiers, Initial Prize winners, Trip Giveaway winner, and ultimate Motorcycle and Grand Prize winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes and Promotion.
All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with the Initial Prize, the Trip Giveaway Prize, and the Motorcycle and Grand Prize are the responsibility solely of each individual winner. Motorcycle Prize winner is responsible for title, license, registration and dealer preparation costs, insurance, sales tax, and other fees associated with the prize. Winner must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to ride a two-wheeled motorcycle and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner must take delivery of motorcycle from the designated Dealer. Trip Giveaway winners are responsible for possession and properly providing valid driver's license, insurance, and any other requirements in order to obtain any prizes. Optional Theft and Damage Waiver or Liability Insurance not included. Prizes are non-transferable and do not have any cash equivalent.
Initial Prize Sweepstakes Drawings: Mighty Loud will randomly select each potential Initial Prize winner from all eligible entries received by Participating Dealer group during the Entry Period, on or around May 19, 2024, in two rounds of drawings. Mighty Loud will first conduct one drawing round to select semifinalists from among all eligible entries within each individual Participating Dealer group. For the avoidance of doubt, the first drawing round will consist of individual drawings such that each pool for those drawings will be made of eligible entries received associated with one particular Participating Dealer. A total of 104 Participating Dealers are participating in this Sweepstakes and therefore Mighty Loud intends to draw a total of 104 semifinalists, one from each Participating Dealer. If the total number of Participating Dealers changes, the corresponding number of semifinalists will so change. Those semifinalists will then qualify for the second and final drawing for a total of ten (10) potential Initial Prize winners (and thereby grand prize qualifiers), which will be conducted immediately thereafter.
The ten (10) potential grand prize qualifiers and Initial Prize winners will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Sponsor's discretion. The potential Initial Prize winners will each be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and where not prohibited a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize.
Any potential Initial Prize winners (grand prize qualifiers) who cannot be contacted, fail to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), forfeit their respective prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable Initial Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting, by random drawing from among the semifinalists, and if it should become necessary, from among all remaining eligible entries but at no point will there be two (2) winners associated with the same Participating Dealer. Subject to Sponsor's discretion, continued drawings will be conducted from among the initial pool drawn to ensure that there are ten (10) Initial Prize winners who accept the prize, all of whom associated with differing Participating Dealers, and whom agree as a condition of acceptance that they will attend the live Event. Sponsor will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award all ten (10) Initial Prizes, after which the applicable prize may remain un-awarded.
Motorcycle Prize Drawing Winner Determination: Each confirmed Initial Prize winner is a grand prize qualifier and must be present at the Event or will forfeit the opportunity for a chance at winning the Motorcycle Prize. Sponsor will randomly select and award the Motorcycle Prize to one (1) of the confirmed grand prize qualifiers on June 15, 2024 at the Event. If the potential Motorcycle Prize winner fails to provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), including presenting valid government issued identification, the potential Motorcycle Prize winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the Motorcycle Prize to an alternate confirmed grand prize qualifier by random drawing. Sponsor will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to ensure award of the Motorcycle Prize. The Motorcycle Prize winner will be contacted regarding the fulfillment of the prize within 8-10 weeks of the conclusion of the Motorcycle Prize Drawing and the prize will be fulfilled by the designated Dealer as soon as it becomes available.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. There is no cash equivalent or other substitution for the Motorcycle Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A MOTORCYCLE PRIZE IN THIS PROMOTION OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON A PRIZE VALUED OVER $500 IN A 2023 OR 2024 ROLLING USA PROMOTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE (VALUED OVER $500) OR MOTORCYCLE PRIZE PRIZE(S) IN ANY CURRENT PROMOTION. With respect to the Motorcycle Grand Prize, none of Sponsor, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to such vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the vehicle. With respect to the Trip Giveaway Prize, none of Sponsor, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law.
Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Mighty Loud Enterprises, and Harley-Davidson, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize herein referenced, including without limitation the Motorcycle Prize and the Trip Giveaway prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Additional Requirements and Terms: IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT, QUALIFIERS MUST ATTEND THE APPLICABLE BIKE WEEK IN-PERSON. SALES TAX, TITLE AND REGISTRATION, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE MOTORCYCLE GRAND PRIZE WINNER TO THE APPROPRIATE DEALER(S) PRIOR TO BEING ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE MOTORCYCLE GRAND PRIZE. Failure to do so within 30 days of the date that the Motorcycle Grand Prize winner is advised that the motorcycle is ready for pick-up may result in forfeiture of the Motorcycle Grand Prize, in Sponsor’s sole and unappealable discretion. Motorcycle Grand Prize cannot be transferred, and must be titled in winner's name only. Motorcycle Grand Prize Winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal or state required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes for the Motorcycle Grand Prize. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be provided to the Motorcycle Grand Prize Winner in due course after winning. Motorcycle Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete all relevant documentation, including sales warranty and registration, for the Motorcycle Grand Prize at the Harley-Davidson dealership location of Sponsor’s choosing during regular business hours or as otherwise may be informed by Sponsor or the designated Dealer.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes and Promotion or the Motorcycle Prize Drawing or Trip Giveaway, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes and Promotion, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes and Promotion or the respective prize drawings, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes and Promotion, the Motorcycle Prize drawing and Trip Giveaway drawings, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in whole or in part may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prizes are unavailable. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prize recipients will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of any prizes.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and Promotion, including without limitation the Trip Giveaway or the Motorcycle Prize Drawing; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion entry process or the Sweepstakes or any of the drawings herein; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion and Sweepstakes, including without limitation the Motorcycle Prize Drawing, the Trip Giveaway drawing, or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and Promotion, including without limitation the Motorcycle Prize, Trip Giveaway, the drawings for same, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes and Promotion, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims or otherwise in its sole discretion.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, related to, or in connection with this Sweepstakes and Promotion, including the Motorcycle Prize Drawing, Trip Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes and Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes and Promotion, or the Motorcycle Prize Drawing, Trip Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in any way relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the entirety or any part of this Sweepstakes and Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any and all individuals (and their sweepstakes entries) who tamper with the entry process.

By participating in this Promotion and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message communications from Mighty Loud in the administration of this Sweepstakes and Promotion as well as communications from Harley-Davidson and any of its authorized dealers, including your chosen Preferred Participating dealer, by mail, email, phone or text. If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win if the opt out results in Mighty Loud's inability to contact you.
